I had a mixed experience during my stay at Phoenix Copenhagen. The location was fantastic, allowing me to explore the city easily. but the room quality and service left much to be desired. I found my room outdated and lacking basic amenities, and customer service could have been much better in addressing my concerns.

My stay at the Phoenix Copenhagen had its highs and lows. The room, while clean and nice, felt quite cramped and lacked air-conditioning, which would have been essential during the warmer days. The location is fantastic, right in the heart of the city, making it easy to explore. However, I had a frustrating experience with unexpected charges on my credit card that left me feeling uneasy about the whole visit.

Rooms

The room was clean but small, and the lack of air-conditioning was a major downside. I noticed a lingering smell that hinted at possible moisture issues, which made my stay uncomfortable.

I had a mixed experience during my stay at Phoenix Copenhagen. The location is fantastic, right near major attractions like Nyhavn and the Little Mermaid, which made exploring the city very convenient. However, I encountered some issues with the room, particularly a moldy odor that affected my comfort significantly. The staff were friendly and accommodating, but overall, the hotel didn’t quite meet my expectations for a four-star experience.

Rooms

The room I had was spacious but had a horrible mold smell that made my stay uncomfortable. The bathroom situation was concerning, and despite the room being well-appointed, I was disappointed. It also became quite warm at night, requiring me to open the window.
Service

The staff were generally friendly and helpful. I appreciated their efforts, like allowing me to check in early, but I did feel at times like I was inconveniencing them when I had to address issues.
Location
9.0
The location was perfect—central and close to all the sights. I loved being within walking distance of Nyhavn, shops, and various restaurants, making it easy to explore.
Dining

The restaurant had fresh salads that I enjoyed, especially at breakfast. However, the overall dining options seemed limited and not particularly impressive.
Facilities
6.0
Basic facilities were available, though I wish my room had tea and coffee-making facilities. Room service and housekeeping were adequate, but I felt there was room for improvement.

My stay at Hotel Phoenix Copenhagen was good overall. The location is fantastic, right near many attractions, and the staff were wonderfully accommodating. However, I experienced some noise issues during my first night due to construction outside, which affected my sleep. Despite that, the warm atmosphere and personal touches made my experience enjoyable.

Breakfast offered a good selection, though I would have loved to see some traditional Danish dishes added to the menu. Overall, it was satisfactory but could use a few more options.

The hotel provided essential facilities like room service and laundry. However, I did notice a lack of non-slip mats in the wet room shower setup, which could make the bathroom quite slippery.
